Refurbished phones, done properly.
Every phone is tested and refurbished 100% in-house at 37 Williamson Street, graded honestly, and backed by a one-year warranty. Your old phone's data comes across free, and we don't hand it over until you're happy.
The phone's second life, minus the gamble.
- Tested and graded, honestly. Every function checked on our bench, and the body graded on a published three-step scale. We say exactly what you're getting, then you decide.
- Battery health on the label. The battery is measured, not guessed. You see the health figure before you buy, and if it doesn't meet the grade, we fit a new battery in-house.
- One-year warranty as standard. The same warranty behind every repair we do, on every phone we sell. In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, not instead of them.
- Your data comes with you. Contacts, photos, messages, and apps move across from your old phone before you leave, free. Want a walk-through of the new one? Sit down, we'll make a coffee.

Our grading scale
- Excellent: Near-new in the hand. Screen and body free of marks you'd notice, battery health 90% or better, fully tested on our bench.
- Very good: Light, honest wear from normal use. Screen clean, battery health 85% or better, or a new battery fitted in-house before it leaves.
- Good: Visible wear that doesn't touch performance. Every function tested and working, priced to match the cosmetics.
Every phone is graded on our bench, and the grade, battery health, and condition notes are disclosed before you buy. What we say is what you get.

Here versus a marketplace listing.
A marketplace phone is a photo, a price, and a stranger. Here's what changes when the seller is the workshop that refurbished it.
- Backed for a year, in writing. A private sale is as-is the moment you drive away. Every phone here carries a one-year warranty on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights.
- Graded by the people fixing phones daily. "Works great" in a listing is a hope. Our grades come off the same bench that has completed 18,622 repairs, with battery health measured and disclosed.
- Somewhere to come back to. Questions, hiccups, a screen protector fitted, or a repair down the track, same-day on most. We're at 37 Williamson Street, and we'll see you at the IGA anyway.
Frequently asked questions
What does refurbished actually mean?
A pre-owned phone that's been tested, repaired where needed, and confirmed working before resale. Here that means every function checked on our bench, the battery measured, the body graded on a published scale, and the lot disclosed before you buy.
Are refurbished iPhones good?
A properly refurbished iPhone is functionally the phone it always was, with the wear disclosed and the battery measured. The risk isn't the device, it's the seller. Buy from someone who publishes their grades, discloses battery health, and backs it with a real warranty.
How much does a refurbished iPhone cost?
Depends on the model, storage, and grade. As a guide, recent phones here have gone out between roughly $590 for an iPhone 13 and $1,350 for an iPhone 16 Pro Max. Prices are indicative, and we confirm a firm price in writing before you commit.
What warranty do I get?
One year, on every phone, the same warranty behind every repair we do. It's in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, not instead of them.
Will my stuff come across from my old phone?
Yes, and it's free. Contacts, photos, messages, and apps move across before the new phone leaves the shop, and if you'd like a sit-down walk-through of the new one, that's included too.
What happens if something goes wrong later?
Bring it back. Warranty faults are fixed, that's the point of the warranty. Accidental damage is repaired on the same bench that refurbished the phone, with same-day turnaround on most phone repairs.
