A laptop keyboard with dead keys, sticky keys, or one that has stopped working entirely is more than just annoying, it makes the machine hard to use. The cause might be a loose ribbon cable, liquid damage, wear, or a single failed key.
If the keyboard is partly responsive, we will open the laptop and try reseating the cable first, since that can bring it back without a new part. If that does not fix it, we check the internal keyboard port is healthy and, where it is, replace the keyboard entirely with a matching unit. We will also let you know honestly if the issue points to liquid damage deeper in the machine.
