Stock moves daily and this list is updated by hand, so check with us before you plan around a particular unit. Need something that isn't listed? Special orders cover any model in any quantity, and the form below is the fastest way to start one.

Set up, moved in, and ready to work.

  • Data transfer, included. Contacts, photos, messages, and apps move across from each employee's old phone before the new one leaves the shop. Included in the purchase price, never an extra line on the invoice.
  • A sit-down walk-through. Anyone on your team who wants one gets a sit-down with the technician, walking through their new device until they're 100% happy with it. Five minutes or forty-five, whatever it takes.
  • We work with your IT. Got an internal IT department? We'll work to their checklist and enrol each device in your MDM before handover, so everything arrives accounted for and set up correctly. If you don't have one, we'll set everything up with you directly.

Buy the fleet once. We look after it from there.

One local partner across the whole device lifecycle. The device never leaves the workshop when it needs work, because the workshop is where it came from, and the technician who refurbished it is the one who repairs it.

  • A lower rate on every fix. Screens, batteries, charging ports, keyboards. Devices bought through us are repaired at a discounted rate, for as long as you own them.
  • Same day on most repairs. Drop it off on your way to work. Most phone and tablet repairs are back the same day, so your staff aren't sitting idle.
  • No courier hand-offs. Supply, warranty, and repair all happen at 37 Williamson Street. One local point of contact, a firm written quote before any work starts, and a full tax invoice every time.

Built for teams that go through phones.

  • Trades and field crews: Work phones that get dropped. Rugged cases help, but concrete wins. Refurbished work phones lower the cost of every replacement, and the discounted repair rate lowers the cost of every drop.
  • Offices and practices: Standard kit for new starters. Keep a consistent model across the team without paying new-device prices. Special orders mean everyone gets the same phone, tablet, or laptop, tested to the same standard.
  • Schools and community: More devices for the budget. Schools, clubs, and not-for-profits stretch a device budget a long way when it buys refurbished, and the one-year warranty means the budget stays stretched.

From enquiry to handover.

  1. Tell us what you need. Models, specs, quantity, and when you need them. A phone call or the form below is plenty.
  2. We quote firm, in writing. Per-device pricing on what's in stock, and a sourcing quote for special orders. No work starts until you say yes.
  3. We test, set up, and move data. Every device is tested and graded in-house, set up to your IT checklist, and your team's data comes across from the old phones before pickup.
  4. Pick up, backed for a year. Collect from the shop with a full tax invoice. The one-year warranty and discounted repair rate start the day you do.

Frequently asked questions

What does refurbished mean at Geekly?

Tested on our bench, graded against a published three-step scale, battery health measured and disclosed. The grade, battery health, and condition notes go on your quote in writing, and every device carries a one-year warranty in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Do you work with MDM and internal IT?

Yes. We work to your IT department's checklist and enrol each device in your MDM before handover, so every device arrives accounted for and set up correctly. No IT department? We set everything up with you directly.

Is this device as a service?

It's the practical version of it. You buy the devices outright, no enterprise contract and no lock-in, and we cover the rest of the device lifecycle: warranty, free data transfers, MDM setup, and discounted managed repairs for as long as you own them.

Should we supply work phones or run BYOD?

Refurbished work phones close most of the cost gap that makes BYOD attractive, while keeping control of security, MDM, and what happens when someone leaves. If a supplied fleet costs close to a BYOD allowance, supplied usually wins on everything else.

Can you supply any quantity?

Yes. We hold refurbished stock ready to go at the shop, and special orders cover any model in any quantity, sourced, tested, and graded to the same standard with a firm written quote before you commit.

What happens when a device breaks?

Warranty faults are fixed, that's the point of the warranty. Accidental damage is repaired at your discounted rate on the same bench that refurbished the device, with same-day turnaround on most phone and tablet repairs.
